Reinstall the game, why'd we need to know this? It even said so in the notes that came with the mod that there was a chance of ♥♥♥♥ the game |

Replace sound and music volume with this: Code: SoundVolume = 41 MusicVolume = 100 |

Also, backup Settings.ini, it seems to be a popular target of screwing up. |

You need the lines below that too. Which probably means you'll need a new settings.ini. I'll give you mine, you'll need to fill in your own registration details in the .txt before adding it to your settings.ini before it'll work though.

I think cortex command hates me  I've done everything,Reinstalled,tryed to fix the settings.ini and nothing works |

Delete base.rte before reinstalling. Or perhaps you could use this settings.ini, but you must open it in notepad and replace the phrases in triangular brackets with appropriate registration details.

did a clean reinstall of cortex command and it still doesn't work, I also tried your settings.ini yet it still didn't work |

Do a fresh install in a completely new location. Try on the desktop. |
