 CC Starting Problems

Post CC Starting Problems
Evertime I start CC I get this error:

Code:
Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 531, because:

Could not match property in Base.rte/Settings.ini at line 196!


I looked in the settings.ini but there is no line 196. I also tried reinstalling CC, but the problem persists.

Rename settings.ini to to settings.ini.bak.
See what happens.
