Multiplayer Controller not working since update.
I'm new and I haven't got a clue about versions ect.
I downloaded my Cortex Command from my PC Gamer magazine disc with tonns of demo's and stuff ect so any one who has that might know the versions (Makers ect)
My xbox 360 controller which is wired and not wireless worked before in the older version, when trying to use it now it doesn't responde no matter what usb port i put it in or pad i set it to ect.
From what my eyes are seeing i believe theres a configurable setting that shows pictures from what i see to be a super nintendo gamepad and a Playstation 2/3 controller, nothing to say that a xbox 360 controller would work however it did in the older version...
So yeah, you guys removed the option or is it just me? Would really like to use my xbox controller again and remember that it DID work on the older version.
Ty if you can help me
oh and i posted this in general as a side note when i was asking for general advice but yeah it's here cause its more likely to be answered
Adding that the controller is fully functional for xbox and PC alike, it works on other things it is not damaged what so ever and it worked on the older version of Cortex. Upon further testing, setting 4 players to 4 possible gamepad controllers, getting no movement and then configuring the controls in the gamepad to find that it does not pick up the controllers attempt to assign keys, such as the movement stick going up to jump, it does not work at all. Any help would still be appreciated.
