 Why are my characters not changing?

Post Why are my characters not changing?
I may a new faction and installed the mod into CC. It ran fine. I then edited the sprites and saved them, but when I run the game the sprites stay the same! Am I doing something wrong or is it my PC? :???: Please help!

Um, are you saving them as something else or are you saving over the current file? If youre saving over the current file, then i think it must have something to do with your computer, but i doubt CC wouldnt recognize that you saved it.

I was just saving over the current graphic to save time. I hope it sisn't my computer...

Run as admin in vista/move out of program files.
Vista hides files in the program files folder.
