Post subject:  Splitscreen problems
Hi everyone, just made an account, love CC, etc etc. Now, help me out here, please?
See, CC isn't working too well on splitscreen skirmish. Actually, it isn't working at all. No matter what control scheme I set up, player 2 never has any control over his screen.

Help, please?
By the way, I'm not being impatient. It's just a bit annoying and I really want to introduce it to a friend who reckons 2D games are crap... :sad: CC will prove him wrong

Are you playing with 2 keyboards or 2 mouses? I'd reccomend playing with a Controller, something like a Wired Xbox 360 controller works fine. Just plug it in, make sure it works in Control Panel/Game Controllers, and then open up CC, go to options, and set player 2's control scheme to Gamepad 1 and then configure it. A little more information on what your using would help.

Hmm... don't really have any controllers, but mostly fixed it anyway.
One player has to use completely keyboard (But NOT the cursor keys and not the numpad) and the other has to use mouse and keyboard.
Think I'll buy some controllers...
Also, skirmish is weird. If you both play on the same team, it seems purely random on whether the brain you spawn is actually yours. This can be a real problem if one of you chose a brain bot and the other built a massive bunker. My friend and I usually just place our brains in exactly the same place. (i.e. sharing a brain vault :()
