so i try to run cc and after a bit i get this: abortion in file .\managers\timerman.cpp, line 204, because: it seems your computer is giving bad timing data to the game.this is known to happen on some multi-core/cpu processers. this may be fixed by downloading the latest cpu driver from amd or intel. a lower resolution time will be used until then. ok and thats all well abnf fine, but how do i know what driver i need? and where to get it. |

Uh, google? It's a processor question, not a question about the game. Use dxdiag/system information to find out what processor you have, google drivers, download and run. |

yeah thanks for the dxdiag tip, it worked out just fine once i found my processor model and a good driver. |
