When i recently went to play Cortex Command, the game would not run and my internet was off, So is the internet being off the cause? |

No, your game is probably broken. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. Also, the only time you need internet is when you register, and I assume you have registered. |

I had registered, and I will try to uninstall and reinstall to see what happens. |
