Post CC Sound Crash
One of the labs in my school refuses to load up CC
Code:
abortion in file .\System\contentFile.cpp, line 508, because:
Failed to load datafile object with the following path and name:
Base.rte/GUIs/Sounds/MenuEnter.wav
The last frame had been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

It appears that the computer is refusing to load the .wav file, which makes sense since in this particular lab the ITs decided that we dont need sound, so they didnt install drivers. Any work arounds to the sound problem?

Its just the Drafting/3D Animation/Engineering design room at my school, apparently the ITs also thought it to be smart to be the most processor intensive stuff on the same computers(Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk 3Ds Max, Autocad) go IT!, and im very bored in my engineering classes since I know the material, so i "study" physics by gibbing robots.

So no way to disable sound, oh well, I guess 3rd hour is a wander the internet hour...
Also, why must CC die when something fails to load? Can't it simply yell at us but continue on with its life, ignoring the trouble?
