Apparently, CC won't always do the same thing every time when it starts up. Before, it was where it would crash on a mod that really had no error, such as Tek Troopers (I PMed whitty). I'd re-download and re-install the mod and it would work for that time. I eventually gave up on that as it got annoying. But it would appear as if CC is attempting to annoy the heck out of me. Lately, it's started automatically removing the very last letter in Settings.ini. All. On. Its. Own. I don't change the controls or do anything to change the settings. I don't even use Lua. I'm a bit confused as to what I'm supposed to do to get CC to stop messing with my mind.

Reinstall CC.

Put clean install on desktop, then try running.
