Some Mod RTEs are skipped
I have them in the right folder, the game works fine but some of the mods just simply do not load

Re: Some Mod RTEs are skipped
they are fresh out of the DL mods, and I checked the indexs, they seem fine.
The mods in particular I have trouble with is darkstorm and a scene, the new bridge scene thing.
KMF works along with a few others

Re: Some Mod RTEs are skipped
Do they have .rte at the end of them? (Stupid suggestion, I know..)

Re: Some Mod RTEs are skipped
How many mods are you loading?
Cortex Command has had a problem in the past with loading too many mods.

Re: Some Mod RTEs are skipped
Try loading just DarkStorm, and see if it loads then. If it does, you've got too many mods.

Re: Some Mod RTEs are skipped
here is what I got on facepunch, i have yet to try it but for reference:
This is because you unpacked a zip with rar or 7z.
It's a strange and confounding problem that's puzzled us since forever. It does, however, have a strange yet simple and easy fix.
First you make a new folder, and cut the title of the .rte folder that doesn't load. With the broken .rte's box being blank just put anything in there so windows doesn't hassle you about the folder being unnamed. Right click the new folder you created, press rename and paste the name you cut from the broken .rte. Now copy all the contents of the broken .rte into the new folder you just renamed as the broken .rte. Put this new .rte into the cortex command folder, start CC and enjoy your now properly working .rte!
Hope that helped. If it still doesn't work don't worry, I probably wrote the instructions wrong. Just tell me it still doesn't work and I'll get back to you.
