My coputer recently got a terrible virus that infected all my files and i had to do a complete re-format before i could un register my CC key. I re installed CC and i remembered that my key was saved in a notepad file. In short I lost my key and cant get it back. I emailed data and waited 2 weeks and have not yet gotten a responce. Any reccomendations of waht to do?

Ive re-sent the e-mail twice (I waited 3 days after each sending for a reply) and there has still been no reply. Does anyone know if datas gone or something ebcause im starting to get a little agrivated.
