 mods not installing hi well im new i got the game loved it went on the forums and downloaded a mod i did it like it said and this thing called WinRAR: Diagnostic messages came up

Maybe the download is corrupt, have you tried downloading it again?

Re: mods not installing Download the .rar file, don't try to open it. Install Cortex Command to a directory OTHER than program files, ie My documents, the desktop, or something else. Download the .rar directly to that folder, then extract the file.
