trouble registering and cc19 register didnt work either.

Post subject:  trouble registering and cc19 register didnt work either.
I cannot register the key, the switch to cc19 did not work. so what could I possibly do?

I already did that and they said to try registering again later. So I have been doing that. Nothing happened.

Dude your supposed to switch FROM b19 to b20
Not to b19 from b20.

I switched to cc19 to register. Is that wrong? Then arent I supposed to go back to cc20????? tell me what I am doing wrong.

Just download build 20 and use your registration key that was e-mailed to you.

Build 19 is obsolete, in every case.

Some people cannot register CCB20 and thus install B19, register, and then install B20 over it.

It doesn't always work (very seldomly, in fact) and really, you're better off either A) asking Data for help, or B) waiting for the improved license key system in B21.

'tis all you can do, my friend.

We're going to be getting a MUCH BETTER registration system (hopefully) soon, so just have patience.

Is there any way that I could send them my registration key code so that they could do it manually. Or would that be very painstaking.

Um, no, there isn't.

Because them having the key does no good. The game itself has to recognize your key, connect to the registration server, and then unlock the full features.

pardon my semi-french. I am actually extremely frustrated right now that I cannot register at all and there is no way to fix it.

Well try emailing him again then if his advice didn't work for the first time.
