 Download for B19?

Post Download for B19?
It seems that the Dev Log download for Build 19 says that it is a download for Build 20. I need a download for Build 19 because I have heard that if you install Build 19 and register with it you can get around the "Cannot connect to license server" problem for build 20.

Please help. :/
