Evry time i start game it loads all mods nicely it goes to main menu and then after few seconds it crashes but it doesnt just drops me to desktop, it crashes whole windows. I've tried to reinstall but that did nothing. Also its not because mods (same thing happens on vanilla CC). It's really strange because I've played CC (b20) before and it was alright. I'm running on win xp sp2. Anyone knows what may cause this? Please HELP !

EDIT:
I have just noticed that CC dont crashes but rather locks up. In campaign mission before it locked up I was able to order a dropship and it arrived , those tutorials animated backgrounds worked too. Its like someone unplugged keyboard and mouse, I cant even open task manager to shut it down or simply go back to windows, only thing that works in that case is reset button :-( . It's very strange I never had such problems with this build or previous ones.

what CPU do you have? this is really a problem for data from what you've said.

Why would it be a problem with Data? The game works as well as he can get it to without an infinite number of testing rigs and local compiling.

Would you mind DEFINING "before"?

You're being far too ambiguous for any of us to actually diagnose a problem.

Three days ago.

If you think that by "before" i mean "before doing something" like reinstalling system, changing hardware or doing anyting at all then you are wrong and thats why I cant figure out on my own why it dont works. I thought you could have some ideas.

If you don't know what's wrong, how can you tell me that my suggestion is inaccurate?

You expect us to magically fix your problem without offering any real information.

I want the EXACT POINT at which Cortex Command stopped working probably, and everything you did for the preceding 24 hours. Failing THAT, just tell me WHAT YOU DID TO ♥♥♥♥ UP YOUR CC.

Also, ambigious = "not specific", not "not understandable"

I've wrote it in my first post: "after few seconds"

just tell me WHAT YOU DID TO fudge UP YOUR CC

Again I've wrote it before: "If you think that by "before" i mean "before doing something" like reinstalling system, changing hardware or doing anyting at all then you are wrong" - so I did nothing at all.

I dont expect anything, i just thought that someone could give me hint about what could be wrong. There is no reason to get mad at me. If you found me so annoying dont bother to send reply.

EXACT POINT MEANING DATE.

As in WHAT DAY DID IT STOP WORKING ON AND WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE THAT POINT.

If you have actually tested mods and you haven't modified Base.rte, try this: Send an email to Support@datarealms.com, detailing your problem. He's much more likely to respond to email than anything on the forums.

I've managed to fix it. Could someone lock this topic or better - erase it ?
