I bought a license for CC and after much pain in dealing with the billing provider I finally got a license key. Now when I put the key into the game I get an error "cannot contact license server". Anyone else have this problem or know a fix? I running windows XP Pro with no firewall.

It might be one of these:

1) Data is finally releasing the next version that includes a new licence reg system. I think I heard that you'd have to send the old key to Data to get a new one.

2) Your internet is down or youre just doing it wrong.

Or it could be Option 3, the most likely one; the server is just temporarily down. Try again in an hour, if that fails, later in the day, etc, until you get in.
