It's definitely a newly introduced problem in B25. Have this problem as well, and it isn't the case in B23.
Turning off mouse acceleration isn't a solution but a workaround. I do hope this'll get fixed.

right! i tried this too, but it doesnt fix the problem. it almost gets better. but still. i cant play in fullscreen, so even if this would perfectly work in window, it would be useless for me after so much licensing trouble over here, still cant play this. grml... hope there will be a hotfix or sth. like this. or a mod? i dont know...

im having a problem with the current cortex command, im using a logitech mouse, but i dont have setpoint! the mouse just lags around the screen no matter how i move it, it constantly freezes. it makes the game IMPOSSIBLE to play! ive tried the suggestions here but nothing seems to work!

I FIXED MY PROBLEM! the problem for me was somthing with mouse acceleration or whatever. i dont have setpoint but i do use a logitech mouse. i noticed that when i was on fullscreen it didnt act all horrible. but it was very slow, so i wondered if it would be better if i made the resolution different, when it was slow the resolution was 1024x768XGA, there was smaller things with SVGA and VGA from largest to smallest. but its now set to 1600x1900 on fullscreen and it works JUST FINE! i hope this helps some people! although you may need to fiddle with the resolution, since all computers are different! i only had 5 things to choose from, 1600x1900 was the only one without VGA or anything after it.


P.S. my problem only happened when i was in game, not in the menu...weird...

P.P.S. resolutions in order from top to bottom...

640x480VGA
800x600SVGA
1024x768XGA
1600x1900

these are for my computers resolution, yours are most likely different!
