I am unable to get cortex command to run on my windows 7 pc. I have tried every fix that is listed but to no avail. So i had a thought maybe i will try older builds and see what happens. Well my findings are that build 18 works and loads just fine but has some audio problems. Was wondering if anyone knew why build 18 works but not the new build?

18...? That's oooold. Are your graphics card drivers updated etc.?

What happens when you run it? Does it give an error? Does it just not open? Does it freeze? Does it start opening then close?

it doesnt open at all and i just built this computer so all my drivers are up to date. I have tried compatibility mode and administrator mode any other suggestions?
