Post Missing File
I used the download data provided but when I ran the installer it didn't give me the file Bases.rte/Terrains.ini and CC fails to launch for me. Can someone provide me with a copy of the file or way to fix?

I don't think there's a Terrains.ini in base.rte. There is a terrains folder in base.rte/scenes though.

Data moved Terrains.ini for B24 so any mods for B23 that reference it are slightly broken.
