CC isn't starting, and there is no error message

 CC isn't starting, and there is no error message So, yeah....
Whenever I start the game, nothing happens. There's no error message or loading screen. Everything just stays the same. I play on a vista, which is probably why this is happening. I tried reinstalling it, and also installed it on my uberslow win 7 laptop, copied the files, and moved them to my vista, and they still didn't work. If I can get my win 7 to start up, I'll see if CC runs on that.
HALP!!!!!! 10!

CC works just fine on the win 7 laptop.

Re: CC isn't starting, and there is no error message Are you installing it to Program Files? If yes, put it to desktop instead.

Re: CC isn't starting, and there is no error message I ran the game from my flash drive, and also from the desktop.
I then reinstalled it on the desktop. None of them worked.
