Post CC don't like non-default Content in the editor
I try to add DirtModules.rte to the Base.rte/Index.ini

I add on
Code:
IncludeFile = DirtModules.rte/Index.ini

I comment out the Datamodule in the Index of the mod, but it says theres an error at line two. So I //'d that out, then it says theres an error a line 3, and so on and so forth.

Help please.

if you comment out the datamodule than the .rte itself won't work as an independent mod

indexing is a somewhat more longwinded process, unfortunately. Basically you have to take all the references from the mod .rte and put them into base.rte/index.ini, and then comment out the files referenced in your mod rtes.
