Not an Abort problem

  Not an Abort problemOk so my friend has been having trouble starting CC for no apparent reason.
He tried re-downloading/installing and nothing is working. I personally have no idea what's going on. Here is the error message that pops up right after he double-clicks the CC icon: Quote: This application has failed to start because the application something-I-can't-read is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem. Any help would be nice. |
