 Game crashes entire computer on startup.

Post Game crashes entire computer on startup.
I just installed CC on my new PC running windows 7(64 bit), 4gb or ddr 3 ram, gigabyte p55 lg 1156 MOBO, intel core i7 860 cpu and an ATI 5770 grahpics card with the latest drivers. The crash happens as soon as I finish loading the game, doesn't even make it to the menu, the screen turns black and flashes my desktop a few times before I reboot it.

As soon as it finishes loading all the RTE files it crashes. No blue screen, just stutters and stops responding.

Update: I just tried it again and there was a ATI driver has stopped responding, then it crashed.
