We can't really have any idea why it's not loading correctly based on that information.
Help us help you by posting a screen cap of the error, and describing anythign you've done with those mods.

I don't do anything to the mod files. I just download, then extract to CC directory. When I tried it, I don't see the mod. When I saw the loading page, I don't saw the mod file.rte read.

Just that.

EDIT :

If you want, I will make a video for a proof.

Where are you downloading the zip files? If you are downloading them in your CC folder then that may have something to do with it.

Same as carriontrooper's advice.

On my DOWNLOAD folder. And, not at CC directory.

(I tried to remove the SmashandGrab.rte/Index.ini DataModule and just left IncludeFile text. And, then Include the Index.ini at Base.rte. Yes, now it want load. But, when I tried to play the mission, error message came)

This (usually) is a zip indexing error or some shiznit like that.

Move the folders to a different folder, and then move them back. Should be fixed (test), if not copy the contents of each .rte to a new folder, delete all the old .rtes and then rename the new folders to what they should be (BW.rte or whatever the hell). cant remember which one the fix was, but its one of them. try the first one, as it takes less time, if it doesnt work, try the other. Used to be quite a common issue, a while ago. I wonder why it's happening to you now..
