Just a little paranoia of mine, but how long does it take for payment to get processed? I bought the game yesterday and haven't gotten any emails since.

What kind of payment you make? If its paypal then it may have went through the mail pay thing and may take a bit to process. Give it time and eventually it will come out. But in the mean time, pick out some mods to play and have a bit of fun.

It'll arrive. And if it doesn't you can send the receipt to scancode and he'll process it manually for you. You'll get your game.

That's interesting cause I never got a receipt . I payed using the direct debit method though.

Are you sure you entered your email correctly?
It should come through within minutes. Check if your bank account has been billed, and if so, see if scancode will give you a key in response to a printout or something. Be a shame if you got ripped off.

Checked yesterday and I wasn't billed, should I try to buy it again?

Just tried twice using my google mail account and my hotmail account though I'm not receiving anything from either.

ehh, leave it another day and then try again if you haven't been billed, or call plimus if possible (be wary of the phone call costing more than the purchase though).
If it's just been lost or you've missed a confirmation click or something, then try again after a day or half day, depending where you are.

Minor update: I've talked with Scancode and got everything sorted out, I'm getting blown up as I type this so I'll have to alt+tab back now, thanks a load everybody
