Post Unusual Error
Whenever I try to start CCB23, it appears in the taskbar, but does not show on screen. No window is visible, no sounds are heard, it is simply a process. Also, I can NOT kill it in any way. No ALT-F4, no process kill, no fskill, nothing. I have to manually turn off the comp to get it to go away. I'm out of ideas.

Any suggestions?

Did you try uninstalling it? If you have, then I'm out of ideas.
