 Side by Side Configuration Incorrect.

Post Side by Side Configuration Incorrect.
I just wiped my HD and downloaded Cortex Command b23. I installed it, and when I try to open the application it says "Application has failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect." Does anyone know how to rectify this mistake?

I don't know exactly what was wrong, but I fixed it by downloading two C++ redistributable packs.
