 B23 has error when loading cannot start.

This is the error it shows me, and i cannot figure out why.

You haven't changed anything in the game?

Reinstall, completely delete the program folder, then reinstall.

I'm also having the same problem. I don't get it straight after install but some mods cause the error to occur. If the mods are fully contained then the error doesn't occur but if the mod links to eg: Coalition files then the error occurs.
