Right, I've had B22 for a while, paid in full, and when I heard B23 was out I decided to move out my mods to another folder and delete 22. I downloaded the .exe for 23, and whenever I hit it, it says its being used by another program. Wont even let me delete it. I'm a little angered, since I paid for it and it's not working, but I'm sure theres a solution..
I didnt delete B22 using the add programs list in the control panel, and thats about the extent of my experience with computers :\. Redownloading didn't work, nor has restarting my computer worked.
