The error box says:

Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 530 because:

Referring to instance ('Soldier Heavy') to copy from that hasn't been defined! in Base.rte/Scenes/New Scene.ini at line 622!

The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

[end error box]

Maybe its a mod I downloaded or something, but I took off all of the mods I had dloaded since the problem. I used the search thing, and came up with nothing. Yes, I joined mainly to post this.

You made a custom scene, that is broken.

Delete it and the references to it in Index.ini.

The reason that happened because when you made that scene you put in coalition soldiers in it.

Right now, all scenes are created inside the base.rte folder which is loaded first before anything else (It will be fixed in later build, I hope) and thus when you make your scene, save it and close CC and then turn it on again, it will read the file you created the scene in, but because the entire Coalition.rte folder has not been read yet (because base.rte is read first, but it encounters the error and terminates the loading and crashes).

For now, try to make your scenes contain only bunker modules and place the soldiers later.

You can fix this by moving the scene definition from Base.rte to Missions.rte, yes?

Yeah, but not everyone is up to open up those folders and see how it works though. Some people just want to play the game and not worry about the other crap we modders do. :P
