 Game crashes before window Pops up

Post Game crashes before window Pops up
So I was changing my resolution and to my dismay the game now crashes before the window ever opens. Here's the error message I get.

Did you try reinstalling or changing your resolution back to what it was before?

I can't change the resolution, the game won't start up.

In base.rte/Settings.ini, the first two lines are your resolution. Mine looks like this for the first three lines.

   ResolutionX = 640
   ResolutionY = 480

Well, got it working again. Had to uninstall/reinstall. Apparently setting it to 1024x768 resolution breaks it beyond repair.
