 RTE Aborted Problem

Post RTE Aborted Problem
So I'm trying to open my full version of CC, but I keep receiving a message that says:

Abortion in file .\System\Reader.cpp, line 530, because:
Could not match property in Base.rte/Settings.ini at line 183!
The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

I had this error came up, so I reinstalled. I clicked to open the program, and the exact same error came up again. Halp?
