It seems that something with my activities is wrong. Every time I try to run the game, it gives me the old RTE error, which I've seen way to many times. Some help with this would be nice.



I deleted all of my mods as an attempt to fix it, that didn't work...

Open your CC Directory, Open Base.rte

Upload your Activities.ini from that folder, I'll fix it. I'm not doing anything at the moment.

Also, I uploaded it as a .txt file. This site doesn't support .ini files.

um.... i've checked.... There doesn't look like theres ANYTHING wrong with this ini.

Your screen-cap of the error says it can't find Soldier Light.

I checked base.rte and found soldier light.

It says in your error that soldier light has not been defined.



Which means your problem is probably in the index.

Cortex command folder
Open base.rte,
Open Index.ini

It should have IncludeFile = Base.rte/Activities.ini
Make sure THIS is the LAST thing in the index.

If that doesn't fix it, upload base.rte, and maybe someone who knows more will be able to fix it.

by the way, activities is now read from missions.rte.
try it there.

Still not working, and my Index.ini is just fine. This is so frustrating...

comment out your activites from your base.rte index (add // Before it)

Then Copy and paste the activities into Missions.rte, and add IncludeFile = Missions.rte/Activities.ini as the last thing in the index. If missions.rte already has an Activities, just try to use that one FIRST, if IT doesn't work, use the one from base.rte.

If that still doesn't work....
