MenuEnter.wav?
Ok so when i load up CC, the game says it can't find MenuEnter.wav. I go to where it is supposed to be and it's right there. Anyone know what i can do about this.

Re: MenuEnter.wav?
I wonder if this is the first recorded instance of Base.rte having the zip bug... Try that out, the whole copy and paste folder thing.

Re: MenuEnter.wav?
I've had the same problem, only I've reinstalled the game three times now, as well as attempting two system restores. Still happens every time I turn on the computer in the morning. As you can imagine, I'm getting pretty tired of reinstalling the game whenever I want to play.

I've gotten this problem when the windows audio service wasn't working. To fix it you have to go to administrative tools, services, find the correct service- window's audio or something like that, then enable it. Restarting also fixes this problem for me. I think.

This problem requires so restart, no re-installation, no nothing. Just happened to me for about the third time. Just ignore it and run CC again.

Re: MenuEnter.wav?
i got this error after having my comp on for more than 48 hours non-stop (not in game)
When I re-booted windows insisted on using checkdisk.
(start--> run --> CHKDSK)
it found MenuEnter.wav as a corrupt file on the disk deleted the file, then scaned that part of the drive to recover it. After a minute or so it found the file and re-added it to fat32 with a new index or something (where it stores on your computer, where on the harddrive the file is)
From what I can tell its because the file was fragmented IE not one continuous chunk of data. runing checkdisk fixed this.
If you reboot it and windows says that there are errors on your harddrive and it needs to run CHKDKS and strongly recommends you do not stop it DONT STOP IT FROM THIS!!! LET IT RUN!!! It will fix it.
^_^ worked for me.

Re: MenuEnter.wav?
well thats probably helpful but i have a mac and therefore no checkdisk, if anyone knows how to find a corrupt file and fix it from the disk with a mac that would also be just grand
