So after I dled a bunch of mods, I copied the mod's indexes into Base.rte's index and put the folders in CC folder. I loaded CC as Administrator and this is what I got after a few mins:

The last frame has been dumped to 'abortscreen.bmp'

You're loading a mod that's referencing it's own Activities.ini.

Check Index.ini of all your mods and comment out the Activities.ini in them.

Actually, that also happens when the Base.rte index is told to load an .ini
outside of Base.rte that contains one or more Material definitions in it, as far as i know.
Had tons of problems with it when i tried to integrate my huge pack of mods' index
into the Base.rte index.
