Post Camera Problems
I have a somewhat old(-ish) camera.

It worked perfectly fine with my old computer, but apparently there are no Vista drivers.

Is there any way I can emulate XP or something to get my camera to work with Vista?

Edit: It's been bugging me for a while, but I'm just now inquiring about a solution, meh.

Also; inb4vistafag, inb4getxp

But not inb4google or inb4calltechsupport.

If its a camera made within the last two years, its going to have Vista drivers, or at least 64-bit drivers. If its older--upgrade.

I can't upgrade.

And google didn't turn up anything and loltechsupport.

So is there a way to emulate XP for this?

I tried.
Twice.

And both times they put me on hold for about an hour, then followed up to disconnect me.

THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO EMULATE XP, or get XP drivers working on vista.

Right?

Holy crap!

If only it was a program, and not drivers that I needed!

Comparability mode, i.e. so you can run the ♥♥♥♥ drivers. Don't be a smartass.

So yeah.

I went to download the drivers and try this etc, but the download is down.

Anyone know of sites that host mirrors for camera drivers?

Yeah, that's a widely needed thing on the internet. Looks like you're SOL and need to call tech support.

It's vupoint's idea of a joke, or something.

That's how it's distinguished from others, though.
