The Simon Bolivar Youth Symphony Orchestra, Performing an encore at the BBC Proms. It's the "Mamba" section from Bernstein's West Side Story. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6q7RCAc ... re=related I'm in an orchestra that's playing this piece on Saturday, and seeing as we've had about four days to prepare the piece It's not going bad. But seriously for anyone that knows musical terms, the trumpet players put most of that up the octave, and It's hard enough to play the original part. |
