Do you mean background? As in, the picture behind your icons on the desktop?
See the taskbar? It's different than the default. That's a theme. The fractal is the background.

Lern2Uxtheme.dll. First, read through this FAQ, and download the patcher. http://lassekongo83.deviantart.com/journal/14637800/ Run it, reboot. Then go to the main page, http://lassekongo83.deviantart.com/ download a theme, (right click, save as in the deviation view), and then go to your download location, extract it, and double click. |

Well, if it patched, and had you reboot, then it should be done. Then just download the theme, extract it, and double click it. |

Then follow Grif's instructions. Also, you have to download theme files, not images. |
