You don't even know how to fix a computer, let alone build one.

Not basing it off pictures, basing it off of specs:
Code:
     120mm Fan Ports:  2
     120mm Fans Included:  1

Building Computers is easy just remember to take off your socks and touch an unpainted metal object every once in awhile while putting the parts together. Also it seems DDR2 Ram only fits one way (at least with my mobo) so don't force it if it wont snap in rotate it.

I just put 2GB in my computer today. 3GB total.

core2duo, core2duo, core2duo. Anything less is a waste of space, anything more isa waste of money. Bu C2D. Not C2Quad, not C2Extreme. Core2Duo.

While you're at it, get an Intel board. I have never gone wrong when I have a board and chip that are made by the same people.

ANother thing I learned--buy the mobo first. The motherboard dictates most of the requirements and limitations.

So anyway, buy Intel board and CPU, buy nVidia GPUs, buy Ultra cases and PSUs, and buy a lot of fans :D

Well, core2duo is wayyy out of what I can afford, but is this any better than what's in the first post? It's got more RAM slots, can fit the case I'm looking at, has PCI-E support, it's not c2d but it's dual core so maybe that counts for something? I'll just be quiet now...

As long as the board's socket is Socket775. Believe me, core2duo is worth it. PDs require a lot more power than a c2d, meaning you'll need a heavier duty power supply (which means moar moniez).

Anyways, maybe you'd need a bit more powerful PSU for that...

So...taking everything into consideration, this is what I'm deciding on:
Case
Motherboard + CPU
CPU fan/Heatsink
Thermal paste

Along with the power supply, CD/DVD drive, graphics card, RAM, and hard drive I've got now.

So, DRL, amIdoinitrite?
