Oh wait... I think we have to say an action. I'm not sure who the protagonist is though, so I'll assume it's the guy in the last frame. Erm... get grunty faced man to stab Mr. Martin Preal and make him run through the streets, bathed in Preal's blood, saying "YOUR OFFICIAL IS DEAD!"
