I'm just sort of curious. Exactly why is everyone in this forum so hostile to new people? Furthermore, why are all the new people so inarticulate and illiterate? Last but not least, why does it seem many people flame just for the fun of it, even if the thread in question does not deserve to be flamed (such as when people do not download a mod pack and call it bad anyways)? 10 Bucks says this thread accumulates at least a 50% flame rate. |

Because it's fun. That's the reason behind the flames. Flamers really don't have low self-esteem or any of that crap you hear about with bullies, flamers are just in it to have fun. |

When Data submitted to IGF, he attracted many of the people who browse IGF. There are lots of them. I have no idea why they are such retards, but when they present themselves so openly to hostility, you can't help but drive the burning spear of flaming, right into their soft unprotected underbelly. Of course, I don't flame myself, I leave the actual dirty work to Grif. |
