Problems with #DRLchat
When I click the chat link on the DRLFF page, the java thingy loads as normal.
But I can't send messages as the box where I normally type appears to be disabled, it's just a white rectangle that I can't select or anything.
I know the rest works 'cos I can see other people messages.
I wonder if this has anything to do with the browse button on attachments not working for me?

The java client is pretty crappy compared to the many alternatives - I personaly use Chatzilla, which is best considering my primary browser is Mozilla. Once installed, all you need do is click this link to start the conversation.

The same thing happens to me on another java chat. So, just refresh till it works. If not, clear cache, etc then try again.

There are a number of web-based IRC clients that are better than PJIRC. Personally I use coolsmile, give it a search. The only problem is that you have to change your text away from blue every time, and it's partly in french.

Or you could just use the superior client above all others, mIRC. If you really really have to use a web-based client, use cgiirc.

Re: Problems with #DRLchat
Don't worry, I now have an external IRC client.
Now the only problem is the thing about windows appearing.
It now happens to everything.
I can't even open the print window in word.
No messages boxes can pop up at all.
The browse button in the "add attachment" thingy doesn't work.
