Dell has specials pretty frequently, though. I'd just check Slickdeals every once in a while, assuming you don't need a new one urgently.

Re: The Debate of Venn's Century.. And now to elaborate, all I need is the core computer, I have speakers, mouse, etc. And I did see a 1gb RAM XP home computer (forgot rest of specs) at wal mart for 400 bux, but anyway, this is why I quit, you people don't actually help.

Problem never solved... ...topic locked, THOR locked it, etc.
Continue to tell me, all I need is core PC with like a gig of RAM for 500 bux, and other things needed to happily play oblivion.

Re: Problem never solved... It depends, are you willing to build it yourself? if not do you want a specific brand or type (dell, hp, emachine)
If you dont want to deal with specifics, hop on dell.com and build it yourself, some of their newer machines cards can handle oblivion on at least low/med.

Re: The Debate of Venn's Century.. You can get a video card that can play Oblivion decently for $100. And if you decide to buy a $30 video card instead, you can still play it through the Oldblivion mod.
$500 will buy you a top-of-the-line video card.
