Well, can you?
I know of only one way.

Let's start.
You will need three mods:
1. Tinyland (a map by myself)
2. Testland (a... premature mod by myself)
3. Buildings.rte (a mod by billi999, link here)
For the sake of convenience, all the .rte's are attached here as a single RAR.

Step 1
Start Tinyland and place Brain Bunker exactly as shown.

It's not a graphical error... That's actual solid material that gets created. Odd, no?

I've seen that on Waterfalls when rockets crash on the floating island. It's strange.
