Using this article and this article as my sources. Apparently those big Net Neutrality promises amount to little more than a document full of loopholes to legitimize fast lane/slow lane ISPs. I really do hope they'll fix them before long, but, who knows. |

Yes thats been like that for sometime over there but they can't log your internet activey as of yet, but thats the current infomation i known of they could of change it. And if they Log your internet activey it can be taken as invasion of privacy and that can be taken to court. If the infomation i've posted is Wrong please let me known. |

ISPs have every right (and do) monitor your internet traffic. They might not specifically duplicate what you're downloading, but try reading the ToS your ISP has you sign. I guarantee you that they're, at minimum, packet-sniffing to find out if you're illegally downloading things. |
