				  Hereafter

Click For Trailer Hereafter is a new movie coming out Oct. 22 centered around an ex-psychic ( Matt Damon) and his interactions with a few select people who have experienced/been affected by death. It sounds a little corny at first take, but consider; it's being produced by Steven Spielberg, directed by Clint Eastwood, and the lead character is as I said being played by Matt Damon. These are three individuals that I would consider to be very talented insofar as movie making is concerned. I think we can expect a good, if not stellar, performance from this supertrio Hopefully the movie itself (as far as plot etc goes) will be good, too, but this is definitely a movie that I'm going to see without much hesitation, even though it doesn't look exciting/action-packed/whatever you kids think a movie needs these days. It's unique and is going to try to be "emotional", so who cares if there are no explosions or violent deaths :v Discuss.

Ill probably watch it. excuse my ignorance, but how can you be an 'ex-physic'? I mean, your either a physic (if they actually exist, which i personally don't believe they do), or your not one... Can you 'quit' a 'gift'?

Well, he kind of "worked" as a commercial psychic, and then "quit" the job. He still had the ability, but he didn't use it.

Its like the ability to breathe, and not using it... bad analogy I know, but it would be inevitable his use of it.

I meant psychic as a profession, and you can be an ex-psychic in the same way that you can be a doctor, lose your medical license, and become an ex-doctor; you were a doctor, and now you are not. Doesn't mean you suddenly lose all of your medical knowledge.

Doesn't look that interesting to me. Looks like your standard drama with some supernatural ♥♥♥♥ forcibly injected into it.

I don't really like Matt Damon and it does sound cheesy, but Clint Eastwood is director.
Gran Torino made me cry, man. Twice.
