I am honestly curious how widespread of a phenomenon this is.

For those not in the know (all of you? none of you? ???) a McGangbang is an unholy conglomeration of two items off of the McDonald's dollar menu. Namely, the McChicken sandwich and whatever the hell you call a dollar menu cheeseburger.

To construct the McGangBang, you split apart the two meat patties in the cheeseburger. Directly between them, you place the entire McChicken sandwich, bread and all.

Now enjoy the best tasting two dollar sandwich you've ever had.

So, yeah, I'm curious who out there has heard of this (and from where, and what your location is), as well as any odd 'permutations' to the McGangbang ritual that you know of.

Currently, I know of:
Only eating the McGangbang (a name that must be uttered with reverence) with your left hand
Folding the individual burger wrappers in a specific pattern

I have literally never heard of this in my life. When I first saw the title, I thought it might have been some sort of food fetish thread.
I will need to try this out though. It sounds like artery-clogging awesomeness!

I've had a McGangbang. ♥♥♥♥ was so big I had to eat it with a fork and knife.

The story of my McGangbang began like this. One night my dad's girlfriend brought home a bag from McDonalds. Inside were Dollar Menu Burgers, and the coveted McChicken Sandwich. I constructed my McGangbang, and had a fine sandwich.

Yeah, it IS a nice sandwich. But personally, I prefer the Toilet-Bombing Heart-Molester.

I was almost immediately reminded of the bacon and cheese stuffed pizza burger when I saw the picture of the McGangbang. I must also say that it's a very sad day for America indeed, considering that people are actively looking for the fattiest, most monstrous combination of food that they can imagine while children in Africa die from hunger.

We could always start shipping those to Africa. There's not much difference between new McDonald's meat and one week old meat.

the thing is the mcgangbang is delicious rather than some shitty conglomeration of MEET 'N' CHEEZ 'N' ♥♥♥♥ that anyone can produce

I strenuously object to the bacon and cheese stuffed pizza burger being called "♥♥♥♥". Granted, making one as huge as the one in the picture will probably mean that the beef inside won't cook well and eating it will send you to the hospital (where you'll probably go from the ICU to the mental ward after you explain what you were making), but it would probably be orgasmic if made on a smaller scale (eg replacing the two Digiorno pizzas with those small Totinos pizzas and using substantially less meat), but I do have to admit that the McGangbang is probably the most economic heartclogger in this thread and therefore wins because you can eat a ton of McGangbangs for the price of one bacon explosion or bacon and cheese stuffed pizza burger.

I think I'm going to try to order it by name and if the guy at the register is confused, I'll explain that I want a McDouble with a McChicken between the two beef patties. Probably going to have to practice that in the mirror for a few minutes to stop myself from bursting out laughing.

I usually just get two things off the dollar menu randomly for lunch(easiest around my college). I think I'll have to try this, probably take pictures.
