So after some recent bans, we've gotten PMs of rather insulting language and intent. PMs of this nature will not reduce your ban, and in fact will most likely increase it (if not make it permanent). For example, Quote: HHAHAHAHAHAHAHA YOU ARE SO GAY !!!! XDXDXD WHY U BAN ME?!??? I NOT DESERVE BAN! PLZ HAVE THIS MOD PUTS BACK! YOU NEEDS TO USE IT! YOU HAVE TO IS IT! I WAS GONNA POST A MOD NAMED ''BOBBLE-HEAD CORP'' AFTER THIS ONE! YOU RUINED MY DAY! WHY WHYWH YYWHYYY YOU ARE HOMO MOdERATORR!!!!! Quote: maybe your not a gypsy after all 8===========D~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Take to heart that your behavior both on the board and in your private dealings with us impacts our opinion of your fitness to abide here. So, be polite, accept your ban with grace, and if you want to try to induce us to reduce your sentence, propose reasons why we should with the same politeness. This has been a PSA from Duh102, drive safely and eat your vegetables. |

I don't suppose you'll be so kind as to reveal who sent either of those? Edit: "these" should be this, by the way. |

I'm ashamed that someone on this forum would even send a PM like that. |

I won't say who Mr. permaban up there was, but he was full of lulz. He was arguing with Grif for a while over his week-long ban (which got him nowhere as the OP should show you) but TLB increased his ban to a month after he made some alts. So then the guy tries to sweet talk TLB while continuing to be an asshat. Quote: Yes srry we all make mistakes like my twin sisters TheLastBanana wrote: For instance, sending a link to lemonparty.org to a moderator. Nice. Bye-bye, enjoy the rest of your ban. Quote: yes have a nice life in your dungeon bye bye now 8=============D~~~~~~~~~~~~~O: (you) I don't think he quite got how to work this thing called "social grace". Also, for the record, he tried to sweet talk me as well, which is how I got a link to lemonparty in my inbox after he failed there too. Through this extended PSA I hope to both encourage circumspection, and spread the lulz which have been contained to the moderator forum for too long. |

I think I have a great idea of who it maybe. I won't tell anyone here, or in pms, but lets just say, you can find out elsewhere. |

Its the growing populace of the forum, people just dont bother to read the rules when they come here or assume its like some other game forum ( Facepunch ) |

IWhitebot was probably the first one, whereas Afrojack was likely the second. |

None in their right mind would say anything to hurt the feelings of our dear moderators. |

So are pms like this ok if we're not banned? |

It's the strange logic of "If I yell in dear Mr Officer's face, he's not going to arrest me for being a criminal asshat". Is there no way to ban these people from downloading mods/viewing the forum? Punishments like that are less likely to simply be glanced over. |
