AFAIK, the US is the only place that even celebrates it, it being their victory and so on. So, there's no holiday for anyone else, and no other country has an Independence Day holiday.

Mexico has one on May 5th, aka, Cinco De Mayo. I'm sure there are more, somewhere.

Actually, Cinco De Mayo is not, contrary to popular American belief, "Mexican Independence Day".

Cinco De Mayo celebrates the date of the First Battle of the Puebla in the Mexican war for independence, but is not the date of any significant longterm strategic ...anything, happening.

And they only remember the first battle of the puebla because in the second, they lost terrifically.

Now then, any further questions?

I think that the common folk here in Finland doesn't celebrate the Independence Day. At least, my family doesn't.

Went to grandmas for lunch, bought fireworks, laughed at how terrible the parade was in heavy rain, watched public fireworks show, went home, irresponsibly used fireworks.
Good times.

How is that nice?
Dragons are an endangered species and should be kept out of harm at any cost.
