On this list of top 100 indie games, they're an honorable mention, right up there with Toribash and Dwarf Fortress! WHOO!

First off, Dwarf Fortress wasn't near the top, it was an honorable mention. Secondly, the only thing terrible about that game is the UI. Other than that it's probably one of the best indie games I've played.

yeah DF is just bad(no not because hurr its hard or ugly) it shouldn't be on there
